160 tooley street is a new office development in central London. Designed by architects Allford Hall Monaghan Morris for Great Portland Estates, it features 18,500sqm of new mixed use energy efficient office space, with the retention of a listed building façade. Southwark Council were about to occupy the premises, as their main administration centre, combining some 30 offices in the local area. The project consisted of a relocated secure main entrance & reception area, with meeting rooms & touchdown spaces, to the ground floor of the listed building, leading through to the new building atrium.

eCAD produced 3D renderings of the internal spaces during the concept design stage, and went on to provide full construction documentation for the glazed infill’s to the listed building façade, and the reception area fit-out.
