Interior fit-out of a student Learning Centre as part of the delivery of the university’s Learning & Teaching Assessment Strategy. These popular centres combine PCs, library and media resources, and a range of individual or group study spaces, with learner support. Project included extensive specialist joinery items (help desk, touchdown benches, screens) with integrated audio & IT equipment. New lighting, floor finishes & furniture. The installation of new ‘state-of-the-art’ electronic book issue & return equipment, were also accommodated.

eCAD produced colour plans & elevations during the design stage, and went onto provide full construction documentation for the fit-out. Two smaller learning centres at the university have also been refurbished to a similar standard, in late 2010, with all documentation produced by eCAD.
